Read Anyone Like a Book. Spot the Lies. Decode the Emotions.
Psychology - Body Language teaches you how to read body language, catch microexpressions and tell when someone's lying — through bite-size illustrated lessons and quizzes you finish in minutes. Understand what people don't say out loud.
Most of what people feel, they never say. You're reading only the words.
Most people miss what really matters in a conversation — the micro-shifts in the eyes, the hands that betray anxiety, the smile that never reaches the eyes. Learning to read body language means you catch attraction before it's spoken, spot deception before you're burned, and understand people on a level words never reveal. It's the single most useful skill nobody teaches you at school.

How can I tell if someone is lying?
There's no single lie-detecting gesture. Establish how a person behaves when they're relaxed and honest, then watch for clusters of changes at a sensitive moment — touching the nose, covering the mouth, pursed lips, sudden stillness or over-gesturing, and breaks in normal eye contact. Deception leaks out as several small cues together, not one dramatic tell. Learn more →
How do I start reading body language?
Start with a person's baseline, then read cues in clusters and in context instead of one at a time. Learn the main channels — eyes, face, hands, arms, torso, legs — and what open vs. closed and forward vs. withdrawn signals mean. A few illustrated cues a day, plus quizzes, builds real recognition speed. Learn more →
What are microexpressions and how do I read them?
Microexpressions are involuntary facial flashes lasting as little as 1/25 of a second that leak true emotion before it can be hidden. There are seven universal ones — happiness, sadness, anger, fear, surprise, disgust and contempt. You learn each one's brow-eyes-mouth signature and drill recognition until you can catch them at conversational speed. Learn more →
What body language shows someone is attracted to me?
Look for prolonged eye contact and dilated pupils, a genuine eye-crinkling smile, leaning in, an open posture with feet and torso pointed at you, mirroring, and preening. Attraction shows as several cues together and a shift from the person's normal behaviour — never one signal alone. Learn more →
How do I read people better?
Reading people is trainable: watch the baseline, read cues in clusters, factor in context and culture, and combine body signals with the words. The fastest route is deliberate practice — study real gestures with explanations, then quiz yourself so recognition becomes automatic. Learn more →
What does crossing your arms mean?
Crossed arms are a classic closed, self-protective gesture that can signal defensiveness, disagreement or discomfort — but they can also just mean someone is cold or relaxed. Always read them in context and with other cues before you conclude anything. Learn more →
What does eye contact reveal about someone?
Eye contact signals interest, confidence and connection; gaze aversion can mean discomfort, submission or evasion. Dilated pupils hint at genuine interest, rapid blinking often means stress, and gaze direction can reflect thinking or emotion — all relative to the person's baseline. Learn more →
